Sony’s blockbuster animated movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse first lit up cinemas almost four years ago. The film was essentially a love letter to the character and served to give the much-deserved spotlight to Miles Morales instead of Peter Parker.Spider-Verse was a runaway success with critics and fans and ended up spawning two sequels which are now in development. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and Beyond the Spider-Verse will hit theaters in 2023 and 2024, respectively....

Here’s a checklist for an extreme green dream office, courtesy of Dr. Peter Rickaby. Dr. Peter Rickaby is an independent energy and sustainability consultant who shares my view that the Bloomberg head office building in London is not “the world’s most sustainable office building.” (I think the Enterprise Centre is.) I’ve talked about making homemade breadcrumbs before. I save all my bread ends in the freezer, and when I need breadcrumbs, I use my blender to turn them into fresh crumbs. If I need them to be dry, I toast them until the moisture is out before I put them in the blender. I’ll often add my own seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic powder or Parmesan cheese. I use my judgment for what seems appropriate for the dish I’m making....

The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special director James Gunn responded to a claim that Silver Surfer will make his MCU debut in the Disney+ special.The Herald of Galactus, Silver Surfer, previously came to live-action once before in 2007’s Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Back then, the rights to the cosmic being were held firmly by 20th Century Fox; but now, ever since Disney acquired the iconic studio, Marvel Studios is free to use the character and fans are eager to see him join the MCU to set up the arrival of Galactus....

Hawkeye was denied his own solo jaunt for the longest time up until it was revealed that he would be receiving his very own Disney+ series. Little is known about what the show will entail, but comic book character Kate Bishop has been shown to have a prominent role. Hailee Steinfeld has long been rumored to play the character, but nothing official has surfaced surrounding her potential casting. Several other characters have been rumored to appear in Hawkeye, including the Daredevil character Echo....

In 2019, Rian Johnson teamed up with actor Daniel Craig and a cast full of Hollywood A-listers to make one of the biggest murder mystery films of the last few years in Knives Out, earning rave reviews in the process.Johnson now has the opportunity to move this story forward into a second movie, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, premiering on Netflix just ahead of Thanksgiving 2022. Craig will be back in play as Detective Benoit Blanc, and he’ll once again be joined by an incredible supporting cast, including four past Marvel actors in Kathryn Hahn, Dave Bautista, Jessica Henwick, and Edward Norton....

As Marvel Studios continues to add to its ever-growing roster of new characters, fans can’t help but wonder if the incoming class is also replacing the MCU’s original group of extraordinary people who are still standing. Not only did Sam Wilson’s Falcon become the new Captain America, but Hawkeye seemingly set up Kate Bishop as Clint Barton’s replacement, and leading up to She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, fans were wondering if that trend would continue with Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk due to the introduction of Jennifer Walters....

Rounding out the MCU’s tenure on Disney+ in 2021 is Hawkeye, which will finally give Clint Barton his own solo project. Several bits of promotional material have been shared in anticipation of the show’s November 24 release, with one teaser even calling back to a line from Mysterio in Spider-Man: Far From Home. The official poster also teased Hawkeye and Kate Bishop taking aim, in addition to a new look at the MCU’s version of Lucky the Pizza Dog....

Moon Knight has finally arrived on Disney+, allowing fans to dive into the conflicted mind of Oscar Isaac’s Steven Grant. The show received wide praise from critics ahead of its premiere, lauding the series’ performances, tone, and intriguing narrative. In a season premiere that’s completely disconnected from the wider MCU, Episode 1 of Moon Knight introduced fans to the show’s titular character in addition to Ethan Hawke’s mysterious lead antagonist. Marvel fans have come to expect bombshells, teases, and cliffhangers-a-plenty in the final moments of the MCU’s Disney+ series, and Moon Knight is no different....

The biggest and most important element of the recent Oscar Isaac Disney+ series Moon Knight is undoubtedly its depiction of DID—also known as dissociative identity disorder. It’s the very foundation for the character, as Marc Spector has to come to grips with his alternate persona Steven Grant over the course of the show. Not only that, but he has to learn to peacefully coexist as they both navigate being possessed by an Egyptian Moon God....

And while excitement is certainly building to see what the plot will bring with Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror as the main villain, other big names like Bill Murray will fill out one of the biggest supporting casts in MCU history....

Some new details have been revealed regarding Harry Styles’ cut scene from 2021’s Eternals.Styles’ addition to the MCU was a surprise to many fans when it was first revealed. His character, Eros, and his terrible CGI buddy Pip teleported onto the Domo at the end of the movie with promises of knowing how to find the group’s kidnapped friends.However, previously, it’s been revealed that Eros was once involved with a completely different scene in the movie....
