Actually, it is the rock, and it’s in the hard place: This tiny limestone outcrop lies in the middle of the strait separating Canada from Greenland, inspiring two powerful countries to claim it as their own. Earth still has lots of territorial disputes like this, from the Falkland Islands to the South and East China seas. But the long struggle for Hans Island is unique, not only because of who’s involved and how they’ve handled it, but also because of how this sometimes cheeky feud — waged mainly with flags, liquor bottles and bluster — could foreshadow more serious geopolitical wrangling in the Arctic....

Amid the impressive run of The Last of Us, HBO made a surprising move by removing an iconic song in its official trailer that fans loved from the game. HBO’s The Last of Us has received widespread acclaim among fans of the franchise because the show has plenty of Easter eggs and accurately portrays scenes from the video game. Before it premiered, its two trailers even used songs straight from the game, with the first one utilizing Hank Williams’ “Alone and Forsaken” (from Part 1) while the longer trailer used A-ha’s “Take On Me” (from Part 2)....

Disney recently acquired the streaming rights to all the Marvel shows that were produced by Netflix, including Daredevil, The Punisher, and The Defenders. All these projects were much more mature than the typical MCU flick, so Disney+ introduced new TV-MA restrictions that can allow Marvel to continue to stream mature content on the streaming service without having to worry about their younger fan base stumbling across any of it. This presents a great advantage for Marvel Studios as it begins to push the PG-13 boundary in projects like Eternals and Moon Knight....

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is set to honor the late Chadwick Boseman in an emotional way while also setting the stage to showcase his successor. Marvel Studios has already confirmed that T’Challa will not be recast for the MCU, meaning that someone will take the Wakandan mantle in the sequel. In the past months, many have speculated that the next Black Panther of the MCU will be Letitia Wright’s Shuri, but Marvel has yet to confirm such plot details....

At the end of the finale of Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight, audiences were finally introduced to the third mysterious persona: Jake Lockley. Disney+’s latest MCU series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, wrapped up with a larger-than-life metamorphic bang. However, before the final credits rolled, the show accomplished a tremendous feat in bringing Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock to the MCU fold.Introduced in the penultimate episode, The Man Without Fear battled Jennifer Walters in the courtroom during the day and tangoed with her in her bedroom at night, shown to take the infamous “walk of shame” the following morning still clad in his newly-designed red-and-yellow suit....

Given how dreadful most new housing is these days, this is at least the minimum builders should build and customers should expect. Writing in Dodge Data, Donna Laquidara-Carr was so excited that “one-third of single family builders (33%) are building more than 60% of their homes green. This demonstrates the prevalence of green homes in the current single family market.” And what do they mean by green? “Nearly one quarter of single family builders (23%) reported using solar photovoltaics (PV) on their projects in 2016, and even more multifamily builders (27%) reported doing so....

Michael Peña’s Luis’ absence in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is being explained by MCU director Peyton Reed. Ant-Man 3 is filled with new and returning characters, but it significantly didn’t include some franchise mainstays, such as Scott Lang’s trio of best friends. Although David Dastmalchian returned in the threequel, the actor didn’t reprise his role as Kurt. Instead, he portrayed an entirely new character, Veb.Meanwhile, actor T.I. also didn’t return as Dave in Ant-Man 3, which comes in the wake of a slew of accusations of sexual abuse against the rapper and actor....
