February will be another banner month for Disney+, as the streaming service continues its march to market dominance. Disney’s streaming hub currently sits at over 160 million subscribers (as of Disney’s Q4 2022 results), with plenty of new content from Marvel, Star Wars, and beyond hitting the platform on a near-weekly basis. So with a new month just around the corner, here are 10 titles hitting Disney+ to keep an eye on this February....
The Disney Channel will soon have another Marvel show of its very own. Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, based on the comic of the same name, is a kid-friendly animated series being developed by Marvel and Disney Television Animation. The show centers around a young girl named Luna Lafayette who uses her advanced intellect to bring the giant, red, T-Rex-like Devil Dinosaur to modern-day New York. The series boasts an all-star cast of guest stars that were announced at San Diego Comic-Con....

Obi-Wan Kenobi is one of the biggest projects in recent Star Wars history. While 2022 has already introduced Marvel audiences to Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel, on August 17, another new character will join the roster in She-Hulk on Disney+. Starring Tatiana Maslany as both She-Hulk and Bruce Banner’s cousin, Jennifer Walters, the plot of the show has been marketed as a legal comedy where Walters learns it’s not so easy being green as she takes on superhuman cases in the courtroom. While the MCU continues to push forward with its slate, Sony Pictures is hard at work developing its own projects both conjunct with Marvel Studios and in its own Spider-Man Universe. In the immediate future, this includes Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 4 in the MCU, along with Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Kraven the Hunter and Madame Web with both Dakota Johnson and Sydney Sweeney. Madame Web has been through quite the journey in terms of development behind the scenes, which first started for Sony nearly three years ago....
The DC Extended Universe is set to make some major strides over the next couple of years to bring a breath of life into a franchise that has been very hit-and-miss amongst fans and critics over the past seven years of storytelling. Already completed are projects like Patty Jenkins’ sequel Wonder Woman 1984 and James Gunn’s sequel/reboot The Suicide Squad. The next movie to come after these is Matt Reeves’ The Batman, which will not only be the first solo movie for the Caped Crusader within the DCEU, but also will take place in an alternate dimension of the DCEU multiverse with Robert Pattinson taking over the lead role from Ben Affleck....
Fans will have to wait quite a while until they can see the Guardians of the Galaxy on the big screen again, and not just because of the coronavirus outbreak. Director James Gunn has said that production won’t begin until he has completely wrapped up with The Suicide Squad, which is planned to be released next year in August. However, that hasn’t stopped Gunn from giving fans additional information to keep them sated until then, such as continuing to interact with them and answering their questions like he did today about Drax....
