The promotional campaign for Marvel Studios’ latest MCU Disney+ series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, was a roller coaster of a ride, to say the least. While the lows involved substantial CGI backlash, many of the highs centered around the series’ teases of comic book cameos, with none making a bigger splash than that of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. Due to She-Hulk being a legal, courtroom-style comedy, the opportunities for cameos and crossovers are greater than other MCU Disney+ series to date....

One Passive House architect gives his clients what they want. F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote that “the test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function.” Clearly architect Michael Ingui has a first-rate intelligence, because he keeps putting giant commercial-style gas ranges and wood burning fireplaces into his New York Passive House houses, something I would have thought were two opposed ideas, that gas and green building don’t mix....

Baby Yoda, whose official name was revealed to be Grogu in The Mandalorian Season 2, stole the hearts of fans when he made his first appearance in the premiere episode of the show. They call it “The House of Clicks”. This lovely red box is ostensibly designed by Tham & Videgård Arkitekter, but it is programmed by two million Swedes who clicked on Hemnet. The big property site analyzed 200 million clicks on 86,000 properties and asked the architects go create “Sweden’s statistically most sought after home.” It’s a remarkable idea, truly crowdsourcing the programmatic characteristics. And the results are pretty remarkable too, with three bedrooms and two baths in only 120m2 (which they call 1115 SF but I convert as 1296 SF)....
