Superhero origin stories have been the name of the Phase 4 game. From Ms. Marvel to Kate Bishop to Moon Knight, a steady stream of new characters have joined the ranks of the remaining Avengers. However, transformation tales aren’t exclusive to MCU newbies. Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson also underwent a different kind of origin story in accepting the mantle of Captain America from Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers, whose own whereabouts are still a mystery....

Actress Xochitl Gomez will be starring in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as America Chavez alongside Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen. However, aside from her confirmation in the film as the Latina hero, not much is known about her exact role in the story. In a leaked audition tape, Stephen Strange and Wanda Maximoff were looking for Chavez, who was almost abducted by a giant demon. The teenage hero then explained the multiverse to the two magical heroes and mentioned her own “home reality,” suggesting that the one in the Marvel Cinematic Universe fans have watched all these years is not her own....

A fire at a British plastics factory went from basic blaze to prophetic as a “firenado” rose from the flames. Firefighters on the scene captured this incredible video as they continued working to contain the fire. And though the term firenado is catchy, this phenomenon is also called a fire whirl. The effect occurs when cool air combines with hot air above in turbulent wind to create a swirling effect. The fire tunnel then grows by pulling in debris, dust, ash and gases....
