Debarking is a controversial procedure in which a dog’s vocal cords are cut to eliminate its ability to bark. The procedure has been performed for some time. Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool is set to team up with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in Deadpool 3, and he has one promise that should ease the worries of fans.
