There is not much that can go wrong in such a simple concept. That’s really smart. Marvel Studios is looking to expand the MCU more heavily than ever with its upcoming Disney+ shows, which all started with WandaVision in January 2021. Although that series utilized its own unique style of sitcom-inspired storytelling, it opened the door for the franchise to continue with new adventures via Disney’s exclusive streaming service. While other shows like Loki and What If…? are already confirmed to continue into future seasons, that status has always been in question for WandaVision....

After numerous past mentions, newly-appointed DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has once again brought up the little-known Batman villain Bat-Mite when talking about future plans for the DCU. Gunn, who was recently named head of Warner Bros.’ (WB) super-powered universe alongside producer Peter Safran, has shown an affinity for the character of Bat-Mite in the past, saying the character was his favorite supervillain from growing up. Bat-Mite is one of Batman’s oft-forgotten villains, being a small imp who possesses near-infinite magic abilities and often comes off as more of a nuisance to Gotham’s Caped Crusader than as a full-blown big bad....

After a bleak few years, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige shared his thoughts on the supposed ‘demise’ of movie theaters. The MCU figurehead has been through the wringer since March 2020, along with every other studio executive in the business. As the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic shut much of the global movie business down, studios like Marvel have to adapt.This led to numerous delays (some of which still have not been resolved), changing business models as theaters around the world closed, while also bringing widespread work stoppages....
