Since joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2016, Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange has become an increasingly important part of the franchise’s expanding story. Most recently, Cumberbatch led the way in his second solo movie, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which opened the gateway to other dimensions and gave the good Doctor wild new powers to explore in future adventures.Although it lost some of its momentum heading into its later run at the box office, Doctor Strange 2 made an impact financially as it became the second-highest-grossing movie of Phase 4 behind Spider-Man: No Way Home....

Only a few days remain until Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness makes its debut in theaters, bringing with it potentially Avengers: Endgame-level surprises at every turn. Luke Cage has moved back into the headlines this year after Netflix’s contract with Marvel expired and the Defenders Saga hero made the jump over to Disney+. Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Punisher are all now under Marvel Studios’ control and many think this means it is prime time for the Defenders to return. Charlie Cox has already reprised his role as Matt Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home, potentially opening the door for the ex-Netflix series’ to become canon in the MCU....

Marvel Studios’ Wonder Man was reported to be in development in June 2022, leading fans to speculate that it would not release imminently. However, a new update revealed that it might arrive on Disney+ sooner than expected. The MCU is expanding by adding a surprising new Marvel hero into the shared universe in the form of Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton is tapped to develop the Disney+ series, with Brooklyn Nine-Nine scribe Andrew Guest as its head writer....

The coronavirus has already had a massive impact on the entertainment industry. Movie releases are being delayed and several productions of many Hollywood films has been stopped, and unfortunately the Marvel Cinematic Universe is not immune to the current outbreak, as Disney has confirmed changes to the release dates of every upcoming Phase 4 MCU movie. Tenoch Huerta’s Namor was easily one of the standout elements of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever; he even had a comic-accurate costume that could have looked a whole lot different.On paper, one might think that skimpy green trunks and winged ankles would simply not work on screen. Yet, miraculously, Marvel Studios made them work.Though, they did have to work some magic—which included some bulge adjustments. Understandably, Huerta was also a little self-conscious of his look while filming....

The timing of this conclusion ensured the show had its own time in the spotlight before Doctor Strange 2 debuts in theaters and breaks the internet. With that final episode comes yet another classic MCU post-credits scene, providing fans with a whole new surprise to dissect while they wait for Moon Knight’s next round of MCU adventures....

Nearly a full year after Spider-Man: No Way Home first hit theaters, a new round of Funko Pops! celebrated the movie’s biggest heroes and villains from the MCU, including Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.Maguire and Garfield made their returns to their Spider-Man roles in grand fashion in the third act of No Way Home, sending the MCU fandom into a frenzy with a blast to the past. These two teamed up with Tom Holland’s Earth-616 hero to great effect, finally giving viewers the live-action Spider-Man team-up moment that had only been a fantasy before the Multiverse was truly unleashed....
