While Warner Bros’. woes concerning its cinematic comic book universe are nothing new, perhaps no DC film has suffered more than Black Adam. Actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson first signed on to play the anti-hero with his own sense of justice back in 2007 and now, fifteen years later, the film will finally take to the big screen on October 21. In addition to Johnson, Black Adam stars Noah Centineo as Atom-Smasher, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, and Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, as well as part of the Justice Society of America (JSA)....

DC League of Super-Pets is set to showcase a brand new version of the Justice League. While the main focus of the upcoming DC film revolves around Dwayne Johnson’s Krypto the Super-Dog and Kevin Hart’s Ace the Bat-Hound, a good portion of the movie is expected to tackle how this new Justice League operates, such as its leaders, Superman and Batman. The anticipated delay for Black Widow turned out to be even more severe than anyone anticipated as Disney announced multiple film delays, including Black Widow, Shang-Chi and the Legend of The Ten Rings, and Eternals. The latter of the bunch, Eternals, is now slatted to release on November 5, 2021, even after Shang-Chi, which itself is still in the middle of production. It seems that Mulan did not perform nearly as well on Disney+ as executives had hoped....
