Although Marvel Studios certainly has a lot of good going for it, especially as Phase 4 of the MCU expands, there are a few concerning traits that fans have seen return over the last few years. While Marvel has always done a fantastic job developing its supporting characters over the MCU’s history, almost none have had more time to shine in recent years than Benedict Wong’s Wong. The Kamar-Taj-based sorcerer began his journey as the magical librarian in 2016’s Doctor Strange, and he’s only grown in status and importance to the story over the past half-decade. Last year, Wong played a minor role in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings as fans saw him in the underground Macau fight club with the Abomination before introducing Shang-Chi to the Avengers....

Marvel fans are finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel as Marvel Studios preps for the biggest year in Marvel Cinematic Universe history, consisting of four new movies and six series premiering on Disney+. The anticipation for this return has seemingly never been higher after the global pandemic brought the largest gap between MCU projects in over a decade. The Infinity Saga came to a close with the premiere of Spider-Man: Far From Home on July 2, 2019, which marks just over an 18-month gap between the end of Phase 3 and the beginning of Phase 4 on January 15 (WandaVision’s debut)....

The Suicide Squad is one of the most anticipated DCEU entries this 2021 mainly due to its stacked cast and intriguing plot. The film is directed by Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn, and it is filled with a combination of stars from its 2016 predecessor like Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, and newcomers such as John Cena, Idris Elba, and Sylvester Stallone. Set to premiere this August, The Suicide Squad will showcase a brand-new version of Task Force X, with the team going on a mission in the dangerous Corto Maltese....

WandaVision was the first Disney+ original series set in the MCU, and it took the world by storm. Even though the show ended back in March, the cast and crew have continued to share stories from the process of making the series and their thoughts on the worldwide response from Marvel fans. WandaVision features a cast mixed with MCU veterans and newcomers to the franchise, but it seems as though those new to Marvel Studios fit in quite well with those who had already worked on Marvel projects....

I love squirrels.
