Iman Vellani, who plays Marvel Studio’s on-screen Kamala Khan, made her acting debut with the Marvel series, going from real-life MCU super-fan to MCU superhero in a matter of months. The teenage actress has captured the minds and hearts of Marvel fans everywhere, being one of the most celebrated aspects of the series’ first five episodes....

Despite proving to be among the most hated comic book villains of all-time upon his debut in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Jamie Foxx’s Electro was among the breakout stars of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Marvel Studios applied its usual formula to the hero to portray him closer to his comic counterpart, and fans were clearly fond of that. After magically appearing in the MCU as a result of Doctor Strange’s spell, Spider-Man attempted to capture Electro, with the help of Sandman, after a fight in a forest outside New York....

Spider-Man 3 is rumored to return to filming sometime this fall, with Tom Holland himself seeming to back this up by stating that production would begin following the completion of Uncharted. Should this be the case, the third Spidey film should be able to meet its revised release date of December 17, 2021. Marvel Studios and Sony have been relatively tight-lipped regarding character and plot details, although is is known that Tom Holland and Zendaya will return as Peter Parker and MJ, respectively....

While Spider-Man: Far From Home left audiences with a few game-changing cliffhangers, such as the revelation of Spider-Man’s secret identity and Nick Fury as a Skrull, the pre-production of Spider-Man 3 has similarly been keeping fans on the edge of their seats. Originally slated for a July 2021 release, Sony pushed the film’s release back to November 2021, and then once again to its current date of December 17, 2021. Filming dates have faced similar sequences of delays, with the third outing in the Homecoming franchise first being slated to begin production in the Summer of 2020....

Following Sasha Calle’s official unveiling as Supergirl in a new trailer for The Flash, the character was immortalized in her first official piece of merchandise.Calle looks to finally take her place in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) as The Flash prepares for its June 2023 release, marking the heroine’s first-ever appearance on the big screen after years of starring roles in DC Comics. While her specific arc is still a mystery, Calle saw her first official action in The Flash’s Super Bowl LVII trailer, showing off her speed, strength, and heat vision....

Warner Bros. Discovery is set to feature four DCU movies in 2023, with the likes of Shazam! Fury of the Gods and The Flash included. And now, a new update has indicated that one of them is set to make history in an unexpected way. DCU has experienced a shakeup in the past months due to the takeover of James Gunn and Peter Safran as co-CEOs of DC Studios. In fact, an official announcement of the next big plans for the franchise could arrive as early as January 2023....

Live-action Star Wars will soon return when Andor lands on Disney+ on Wednesday, August 31. Given the conclusion of the event series Obi-Wan Kenobi, it’s a quick turnaround for Lucasfilm and the lead Rebel spy - but a welcome one. 12 episodes will begin rolling out at the end of August, with production beginning shortly in the second (and final) season that will cover the four years leading directly into Rogue One....

The winds of change are blowing at Warner Bros., especially when it comes to the studio’s efforts in the world of DC Comics. The recent merger with Discovery has made the studio reevaluate its super-powered ventures, making changes where changes need to be made, and doubling down on things that are working. A couple of those names that have been working are The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker, and the various characters associated they those properties....

Phase 4 has already introduced audiences to new starring heroes including Shang-Chi and the Eternals on the big screen, but Disney+ just brought viewers another: Moon Knight. Reactions to the psychological thriller are beyond ecstatic, but intriguingly, Moon Knight may be the most disconnected MCU entry to release since 2008’s Iron Man. Based on the first episode and hints from reviewers towards the first four installments, the series appears to be nearly devoid of links to the larger MCU story....

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is out in the wild, and with it, all of its juicy secrets. The Multiversal adventure featured Benedict Cumberbatch’s Stephen Strange going head-to-head with Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch, as Strange attempted to protect newcomer America Chavez (played by Xochitl Gomez). Multiverse of Madness has gotten fairly positive reviews but has some questioning the villainous turn by Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff. Throughout the film’s two-hour runtime, Wanda went on a murderous rampage, chasing Strange and Gomez to hopefully be reunited with her two sons....
