Thor: Love and Thunder has graced theater screens across the world, and Marve fans are eating it up. The film opened to $302 million worldwide, as the Taika Waititi-directed Marvel sequel continued the story for Chris Hemsworth’s God of Thunder. And this time, Hemsworth’s Thor was not alone, as Natalie Portman returned to the franchise after nearly a decade-long absence as Jane Foster/ Mighty Thor. Love and Thunder has been a long time coming as Hemsworth has become one of the longest-standing MCU mainstays....

While a lot of attention may have been diverted to Chris Hemsworth’s Thor: Love and Thunder thanks to the newly released trailer, fans are just weeks away from finally being able to experience Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The Benedict Cumberbatch-led film will see the former Sorcerer Supreme dive into the deep end of the Multiverse as he tackles his second solo adventure. Alongside him in this journey will be Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch—who may actually end up being against him as a villain by the end of the story....

After grossing nearly $1 billion at the global box office, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is now streaming for fans worldwide on Disney+. While more details are becoming public about certain parts of the movie, including the best look yet at John Krasinski’s Reed Richards, new stories are coming to light about what didn’t make it into the sequel as well. In the past few days alone, fans have learned about a couple of deleted scenes that were removed from the film, which was already fairly short with a runtime of just over two hours....

After Harrison Ford confirmed his Marvel debut as Thunderbolt Ross in Captain America: New World Order, the Star Wars legend played coy on how his character fits in the upcoming MCU project. Ford is set to jump ship from Star Wars to Marvel in Captain America 4. What makes Ford’s Thunderbolt Ross different from the late William Hurt’s version is that this character is reportedly the current president of the MCU’s United States, giving him more power to pull the strings behind the scenes....

Cancer is so prevalent, and not just in humans. About one in three people will develop cancer during their lifetimes, according to the American Cancer Society. Similarly, about one in four dogs will develop cancer at some stage in their life, reports the Veterinary Cancer Society. Almost half of dogs over the age of 10 will get it, and it’s the leading cause of death in dogs that age. One reason so many dogs end up with cancer is because of advances in veterinary medicine....

Most interesting to me is the fact that the number of bathrooms is increasing dramatically, to the point where it is pretty much one per bedroom now....

Man of Steel launched the DC Extended Universe back in 2013, introducing Henry Cavill’s Superman to general audiences. While the film received mixed reviews then, Cavill had a memorable performance as the titular hero that earned him a follow-up movie alongside Ben Affleck’s Dark Knight in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Still, a proper sequel to Man of Steel has yet to be announced by Warner Bros., leading fans to speculate if the project will ever come to fruition....

Marvel Studios has netted themselves several pre-nominations for next year’s Oscars.Generally speaking, the Oscars and superhero movies don’t tend to get along. Audiences have long believed the Academy nurtures a bias against the popular genre, which rarely leads to anything more than casual nominations that go nowhere.The MCU has won in the past, though, with 2018’s Black Panther winning the Oscar awards for Best Costume Design, Production Design, and Original Score....

These days, after each Marvel Studios film makes its run in theaters, it subsequently moves to the Disney+ streaming service more often than not. Currently, there are only four movies that don’t reside on Disney’s streaming home - a group that consists of the Spider-Man trilogy and 2008’s The Incredible Hulk. This is due to both characters’ rights falling under the ownership of Sony Pictures and Universal Pictures, respectively. The liscensing issues have plagued the Hulk in particular over the years, resulting in the character only leading one solo movie in the MCU - the franchise’s second full project....

While Moon Knight Season 2 is still unconfirmed for Disney+, rumor has it that the series will return before one of the next two Avengers movies in Phase 6 of the MCU.Out of all the Disney+ series that have premiered or have been announced thus far, almost none of them are as uncertain as Moon Knight in terms of continuing into future seasons. Star Oscar Isaac even denied the rumor that Season 2 of Moon Knight was in development in a recent interview on the topic, even though he’s had “some specific conversations” about where he wants Marc Spector to go in future seasons....

For the first time since 2006, live-action Star Wars is revisiting that more civilized age: the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Disney+’s Obi-Wan Kenobi not only stars Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan but also Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader. And, even though the series is set ten years after Revenge of the Sith, for Star Wars fans, the nostalgia is strong with this one. While their post-Mustafar reunion is sure to be a rematch for the ages, Vader isn’t Obi-Wan’s only adversary in his stand-alone show....

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story may be one of the best Star Wars films in recent memory, but its acclaim is largely due to emergency changes made by the Gilroys, the creative geniuses behind Andor on Disney+. While Disney’s Star Wars sequel trilogy has yet to improve with age in the eyes, the same can’t be said for 2016’s Rogue One which has recently been thriving among fans.The prequel to 1977’s A New Hope has found new life in its own prequel spin-off series titled Andor on Disney+, which was created and shepherded by Rogue One’s own Tony Gilroy....

Our laundry habits might be doing even more harm to the environment than we realized. More than 700,000 microscopic fibers are released into the water every time we do a load of laundry, and many of those particles end up in our environment, where they threaten ecosystems and harm wildlife, say researchers at Plymouth University. “The quantity of microplastic in the environment is expected to increase over the next few decades, and there are concerns about the potential for it to have harmful effects if ingested," the study authors wrote in research published in Marine Pollution Bulletin....
